Any FKS Experts?

Will there be an issue of getting 115mm brakes on 118mm skis. have never dealt with these brakes before. Any good advice would be appreciated. Thanks

It would be a good idea to still take them apart and bend them the proper way. You could just pull them out a little, but this will make them very susceptible to catching when landing switch, and cause them to snap. Bending them the correct way allows you to even give them a slight inward angle when closed, to best eliminate catching on hard switch landings.

Thats what I figured, had the same situation with salomons, wasnt sure if the rossi's would be different.

I'm just saying it might be something to think about. I stretched a pair of FKS 75mm brakes over 80mm skis once before I knew better. It made them loose so they would jiggle, and the angle outward led me to break 3 of the 4 arms off on switch landings.
