Bending salomon brakes

I know this has been said numerous times, but I haven't been on the site in a long time and I am not used to the new search engine.  I have a pair of 115mm Salomon brakes that need to fit over 125mm skis.  What is the best way to bend Salomon brakes without breaking them?

put the metal part in a vice, heat them up if possible and use a hollow metal pipe or a ski pole, put it over the end of the break, straighten it out then make a new bend in it, thats what i did to get my breaks over my ep pros.

sweet, sounds simple enough.  I ended up finding the TGR pictoral demonstration on P18s

ah could you post that link up, iv got a pair of px18s i need to bend abit more cos there alot stronger than my salomon brakes and wont bend as easily. would be good to see a demonstration. cheers
