I think people are forgetting that jiberish is not just a brand secluded to others but skiers. It is a very popular denver streetwear brand that a lot of people wear that don't ski/snowboard. It just so happens they sponsor skiers and snowboarders aswell as skateboarders.

i don't think you realize that nearly every brand gives out their gear free to anyone who's even semi-famous.. clothing brands pay big money to have celebrities wear their gear. if b.o.b wanted a jiberish vest to wear at such a big event, there is no way they would make him pay

There is no reason for haters on jiberish because of them getting their name out. Like any boutique street wear brand, they need to get their name out so even more people buy their products. Sure, they have a great niche in the skiing/skating market but that can only go so far. Every big srreetwear brand now started small and then started increasing its market size.
And seriously, if jiberish is as sweet as a company as it looks to be, its not going to lose its roots and start becoming a big store brand. Think Stussy, Supreme, comme de garcon etc.
