Your not asking to be railed correct? $400 is way to much for that...
but seriously, just go to home depot and get anysize of pvc pipe and some wood and make your own. so easy to do and costs like 25 bucks. if you need help check out the build-a-jib cult

This. Join Build-A-Jib and get detailed instructions on how to build your own PVC and wood rail for less than $50.
If you want metal, go to Hinton Steel www.hintonsteelcompany.com . Buy one stick of 3 1/2 inch OD cold rolled steel tubing for $40. It will be in a 20 foot length, but they can cut it in half for you for like a $2 cut charge. That will give you a 10 foot long steel dub barrel. See if they have some scrap pieces that you can use for legs. If they don't have any, right up the street is C & M iron and metal www.cmironmetalco.com . You can buy some stuff for the legs there pretty cheap. Get enough so that you can get a t support at the bottom with the vertical support long enough to get the rail to the height you want.
Take your raw steel back up to Vail and then just find someone to weld it up for you. There are tons of guys up there who will do it for you about $50. You should be able to get it done for way less than $200.

Make a frame that is 15 feet long and 1 foot tall out of 2x4's and put legs and supports on it. Then screw some PVC pipe on there.
Bada bing.
Bada boom.

I have a buddy that works in the steel fabrication shop at CU. He can make you whatever you whatever you would like, you just need to buy the materials, and pay him for the labor. PM if you want more information.
He made me one a few years back that was sick. To bad it got stolen from my backyard.

find a local wielder that has a connection to a show (cheaper materials) and build to your imagination
