Go pro HD hero pole mount

I have seen people attach the go pro to a ski pole and am wondering how it is done. What mount kit is required? Are there other ways to do it? +k for answers!!

i use handlebar mount, but you can also get a pole handle with a flat top and just put a flat adhesive mount on it

use the handlebar! thats what i got and it is very secure!
