Watch your exposure, almost every shot was over exposed. Watch the saturation too, got a little intense here and there. Don't conform 99% of your 60p shots to 30p so they're slow.

Otherwise, cool vibe, would have enjoyed it more with less slow shots.

pretty nice little edit, the snow looked a little blown out in some of the shots, do you have a polarized filter? if not they are great for those sunny days on snow

sweet! i personally could have done with less mega mo. also, there are a few shots i think you could have left out. a 2:30 edit with less boring shots is probably better than a 3:30 one with some unnecessary stuff.

If you're referring to the shots in the shade, I noticed that too, but then i looked to the sunny snow and it appeared white, so would adjusting my white balance mess that up?

I guess but wouldn't you want your main subject to be exposed properly verses the background?

Yeah that's a good point. I'm just not confident in my ability yet haha.

I'll work on it this weekend, hopefully I don't fuck it up too bad.

To me it looks like it was on standard and then he messed with the hue/saturation a bit in post. However, I could completely be wrong. There is a picture style called emerald on canons site for download that may help achieve this look. I haven't used it around snow yet however.

Like posted earlier, there are a few different clips that I feel the edit could've lost. I really like the blown-out look on some shots though thats for sure. Mix it up with a slow-mo a bit and you have a banger edit! Definately good though and enjoyable!

I was just wondering cause I have a picture style called Velvia that makes this effect. I know thats its the picture style Paul B uses for his edits.
