Replying to NS DOCTORS

Ok doctors of NS, i need some help

im in 11th grade right now and in 6th grade , i had surgery for hernia .  All is fine until about a month ago , when i started feeling pains where i had surgery .  It has come to the point now where i can't run and play soccer anymore and the state cup starts tomorrow and i will be sitting out .  what can this be from ? scar tissue ? may i possibly have hernia again ? is the scar opening up ? or is this completely unrelated with my hernia ?
