Ok doctors of NS, i need some help

im in 11th grade right now and in 6th grade , i had surgery for hernia .  All is fine until about a month ago , when i started feeling pains where i had surgery .  It has come to the point now where i can't run and play soccer anymore and the state cup starts tomorrow and i will be sitting out .  what can this be from ? scar tissue ? may i possibly have hernia again ? is the scar opening up ? or is this completely unrelated with my hernia ?

HELPP!!!

It is possible that you did get another hernia.
I had a hernia repair when I was 6 and a couple years ago I had a groin injury from track. My doctor said it is possible to redo it and sent me in to the hospital to get ultrasounds to make sure I hadn't retorn it (i hadn't, just had an imbalance in my hips screwing up alignment).
I think you definitely need to get it checked out.

Basically, the fact that you had one before suggests that the abdominal wall could be thinner in that area, making it easier to tear.

Like for me, not only I but two of my cousins had them (I actually think we might have been born with them) as well as my grandpa, so we probably have a genetic weakness and are more at risk.
