Replying to Making some custom stuff

Hey Im looking for a cheap place to get fabric.
Im going to need

-Some of that elastic-ish cotton stuff they use for cuffs and bottoms.
-some lightweight cotton with soft-interior (the stuff for bodies of sweatshirts.
(not sure specific names for these kinds of fabric, so if anyone knows the names that would be very helpful)


Im planning on making hoodies, not just cutting up some wholesale crews in patches, so this is for fabric ONLY.
