Speed on Turf?

I'm new to this backyard set up stuff. So bear with me.
I have recently just covered my drop in with turf and it is slow as heck! How do i make it faster? I added water and soap and doesn't seem to help too much. +k for help.

There is a sticky at the top of the page called 11 ways for getting and keeping speed, check that out it there is some good stuff in there. But I use construction fence and laundry detergent and it works beautifully

whats your drop in look like? you may just to make it a bit higher. i started with turff and soapie water and found more speed with the construction fence too. dont use a tarp cuz it just collects dirt and ect... and you end up with a little poll of muddy, soapie yuckie stuff

Yeah, i threw some lattice fencing on and it solved the problem. Thanks billion for everyone!!
