Size M oakley but fits a little past a normal size L with a 30 inch zipper. (I put it on again and at 6'3 it fits me to my waist and even fits well in the arms)
The true jacket fits inside a matching vest unnoticeably by zipping together in 3 different places (check pictures). the vest is the outer component.

no rips/tears but the vest is a little dirty upclose, nothing extreme.
