Considering lil wayne had almost no part in making this album aside from the raps he had recorded, its pretty damn good...he put barely any effort into that album, its not even a weezy album, but its still fucking dope

lil wayne puts out a ton of shit good and bad, but to just push him aside is retarded, hes a huge influence in hip hop right now, mad artists are being influenced by the stuff he's done. go listen to the carter 2, the carter 3, I mean those albums are legit greats...and just wait hes gunna be a fucking beast when he gets out and back in the studio...even rebirth was a fucking cool album...and 30 minutes to new orleans is a fucking amazing song, actually one of my favorite songs I've heard in a while, everything is just on spot so much emotion/pain no homo but its sick not like kid cudi emo bullshit that dropped, been a lack of good music lately minus kanye's album but lil waynes gunna come out and its gunna be awesome.
