I'm not going to drop a ton of names, but I think we can all agree M&A would be much better without despite.
Just an example.
This could also stop a lot of the regionals post whoring

Ban Despite from Media and Arts, but nothing else.
Ban 1337 from the Regionals, but nothing else

ban DownToFilm from M&A
ban Kangbang from gear talk because hes going to crash NS one day with how many posts he gets in there

Oh dont get me wrong about 1337., hes definately my favorite member, but I know there was that big controversey a little while back when they took all his posts for whoring the regionals if im not mistaken. Banning him from the regionals might have been a solution.
And despite i just plain don't like. Biggest hater on the site in my opinion. He may be helpful at times, but he needs to tone it down.
