This video is really cool and kinda made me re-evalutate the next major shift in economics. It all makes perfect sense and would not only lead to a happier but also more productive workplace. Check it out and I think you too will be surprised.



1.Make company doing what you like
2.Hire employees doing what they like
3.Let them do whatever the fuck they want but give them deadlines as to maintain productivity

I saw one of these last week and it was pretty awesome, there is definitely a lot of truth in the content and the animations are cool. TED talks are always really interesting.

It's funny because it's true, I've worked for some pretty big companies and only one has done things this way and it works. The other companies, people get bored with the way they have to do things or annoyed about all the boundaries. Cool video.
