Stiff, close to symmetrical ski

Recommend me a stiff, symmetrical or close ski with preferably a waist in the 90's. Needs to be able to handle park but also the soft snow when and if it arrives. I used to race, so even if I don't have the widest ski in powder my technique should be able to correct that a little :). Rockered would be pretty cool.

Rossi S5, very stiff (one of the stiffer skis I've felt), 96 underfoot (a good 50/50 ski), not quite symmetrical, but 7mm is close (actual dimensions are 126-96-119). And they're Rockered.

Other than those, Revivals, Rockers or Walls would be top choices.

ON3P Jeronimo.  It's exactly what you described and that's why I got it last year.  You won't be disappointed.

There are obviously other options....but that is perfect.

i second this! i want a pair of the 10/11 chronic cryptonites so damn bad. i havent heard one bad thing about them. and the revivals look super sick too.

Walls for sure. I skied the Karmas (virtually the same ski) for years and love them so much I still ski them even after they've delaminated and have a bolt tolding the tips/tails together.

Oh, and check out the new Salomon 2012's. They're not symmetrical but they're close, and they fit your description perfectly.

You sure about that...check the specs. I've seen them in person too, they have rocker, it's not a ton, but it's there.

2012's are a fairly soft skis, at least according to the freeskier review. I'd personally say chronics, they are a very close to symmetrical ski, and kill it in pretty much anything.

like how soft? i haven't fondled a pair yet? i mean, if mike douglas can rave about their big mtn ability, they can't be THAT soft...
to me, they seem like the Guns with rocker.

In no real order...

Nordica Zero (130-104-130)
ON3P Jeronimo (126-96-120)
Liberty Morphic (126-94-119)

..would be my choices. Little rocker in them all, Zero is gonna be the most powder savvy, the Morphic and Jeronimo are similar skis (in my head, I haven't skied the Jeronimo yet) with high quality bases (J-mo's is better, with a better finish I hear), sidewall construction, little tip and tail rocker, bamboo cores, carbon stringers.

The others (Cryptonite, 2012, Kung Fujas, whatever else has been suggested) is probably a little soft, more buttery and playful, but those three are banger all mountain park-savvy skis. Tons of life, stiffer flex, super high quality, pretty well priced.

Volkl Kendos are 88 underfoot, stiff with titanium, and they rip. Also they're symmetrical :D
