Aside from the fact that I spelled state wrong I don't understand what you're saying. I'm all for the legalization and taxation of marijuana but the truth is that prop19 with get overruled in court by Federal Law.

thats just a representation of the counties vote at a certain time. i noticed humboldt went from 56 percent no to 54 percent.

even though a county is green or blue, it doesnt mean its the final for that county.

this wouldnt change the quality of the weed at all. it wouold still be grown in small amounts by individuals. If any kind of large comercial operation sprung up it would be shut down by the feds. the price however would go down, because more people would be able to grow legally.

lastly, why do you think the emerald triangle county's voted no? because they want the prices to stay high, and they like the outlaw/no government status quo that they currently have.

this bill needs to be re-written, and maybe it will pass if there is a next time.

the only thing that would change if this passed, would be that you wouldnt need a scrip to smoke. and that is rediculously easy to get, literaly anyone can get one. the passing of this proposition would simply represent a shift in the collective thinking of californians, not really change anything. companies would still drug test, and so on...
