first of all, this is a serious thread so keep trolling to a minimum
secondly idk if you can track me to my other account but id rather you not if you can.

think of yourself at you're most vulnerable, depressed, and self hating point in your life. basically thats what being gay (at-least for me) feels like, ALL THE TIME. i know it's different and odd but its not a choice. I'm stuck with this and there is nothing i can do about it so i hate it when people hate on gay people because they are "defying god" and because it is just different. really besides the fact that I'm gay i am EXACTLY like any other person. just because I'm gay doesn't mean I'm girly or anything, just that i prefer men to woman. really the point of this thread is to at-least get one person to think differently of gay people, al though i seriously doubt it.

respect goes out. I spend time with my cousin about 2 months out of year (lives on the opposite side of the country) and she and her partner are just totally chill. Like honestly, they are some of the funnest ladies.

The part the get's me is when their affection is shown in the public.. but that's when i turn my head and just forget about…simple as that.

realizing you're gay (although i identify as pansexual now) is exactly like that, UNTIL you find your community and make out with a hot babe and then you're all "HOLY SHIT I GET TO MAKE OUT WITH THESE PEOPLE", then shit gets really really awesome. I don't know where you live/how old you are, but as soon as you can, move to an urban area that has a lgbt scene, and your world will get rocked. Dont'worry, its gets a fuck load better.

Kudos to you man. You deserve more respect than most straight people. Most people never think about how much they take for granted that they are straight. If you're gay you cant walk around holding your significant others hand or kiss them in public without receiving dirty looks and questioning looks. If your straight and that happens, it just looks normal. Kudos to you man for being openly gay. When people hate on you just know that its because they are ignorant and be happy that you know what you want and are a strong person because of it.

perhaps someday. but thats my attitude towards it and hopefully someday everyone can agree and make the world a sexual orientation-less place where everyone is just a person with no type of label based on what kind of genitalia tickles their fancy.

and orientation/genders are different things... like would you call a FTM transgendered person a lesbian if he had a girlfriend? It would be more accurate to say he's heterosexual if thats how he identifies, but thats leaving out an important part of who he is. Does it change after surgery? What if he doesnt plan on ever getting surgery and keeps his 'female' parts? To me all labels are overly simplified and doesnt take into account the whole spectrum of human sexuality or human experience... but this is sort of something that ns isnt probably too interested in discussing haha

i really have no idea where the whole debate over homosexuals come from. just so long as boundaries are mutually respected (i.e. gays not pressing views on straights and vice versa) there is no conflict. its none of my business how you live your life. if you have an affinity for men over women, i could care less, just so long as you're fun to be around and not an ass about liking men, i promise i wont be an ass about liking women.
