ReelSmart Motion Blur Serial?

Anyone have one or been able to find one? All the ones I can find have been for AE (which I don't have, I'm looking for FCP). I've been messing around with Twixtor and I want to see how it looks with this.

it says that that serial is for After Effects and I looked on the website and 4.0 is the only release for FXplug. i guess ill keep looking for a serial for that since I dont have After Effects
