Amon Tobin is an artist, and he's pretty fucking awesome in my opinion.

Easy Muffin is the name of the song.

Ninja Tune is a British record label, on which Amon Tobin is an artist.

The Art of Zen Relaxation is a compilation apparently, not sure of the details on that.
