ok so i have patella tendonitis in both knees and my right knee has a torn mincus along with IT band tendonitis. so pretty much my knees suck. but u patella bands help alot. u can go out and buy one or roll up prewrap and use that. Here is a picture from soccer season to show what im talking about, IT band is on top of the right knee and the patella is below the knee.
get a brace that puts pressure on the tendon that is bothering u. Also if you exercise it somtimes it can go away. Most of the time the problem is because the Knee has been weekend and so you stop useing it as much and it becomes so much weeker than the other knee that you develope tendonitus. Idk this is just what my docter told me. Im sure u can find some exercises on line.
