Photoshop guys

btw i'm not asking you to do it for me but to tell me what you would do!

Well for one, I didn't think it looked very sharp in the large version, where exactly did you have focus on. Actually it shouldn't matter much since that lens is wide but still...

Anyway, if you select just the sky and despeckle or reduce noise that would help. Otherwise you could play around with he levels that might make it pop a little. But remember, it's always easier to make that stuff happen in camera.

i know the aperture was to big this is why i doesnt look as sharp as it should be... i also reduce the quality to put it on internet this may be another reason....

I think there's something you can do in photoshop to help with that. If you're resizing try this;
1st resize- cut the dpi in half and use bicubic shaper as the resizing algorithm
2nd resize- cut the dpi in half again and output to the size you want, use bicubic sharper again.

if you start with a really low resolution that probably won't work too well though.

three things to try that you may have tried already

Image>Adjust>Brightness/Contrast
and try
Image>Adjust>Curves and play with the points

also Try
Image>Adjust>Levels
