got an m.i.p. im 18 and my court date is on november 1 at 8 am. worse case scenario is $500 fine and 6 months license suspension. im debating if i should do the no contest and right them a check for the maximum so i dont have to go to the court date after halloween. also this is my second violation within 6 months, and i wanna do whatever i can to keep my license from getting pulled. does anyone have any experience with this or advice to offer? oh also im in oregon.
