either afterbangs or salomons could work go take a look at your local shop

what ski you get isn't based on your size or age. its your style and ability. assuming you are talking about park skis, i would say afterbang if you do more rails, and salomon if you do more jumps. but they all come in various sizes, so you can really get whatever you want. salomon makes youth skis, and so does line if you need a shorter size. and one cool thing about the line is they make the 'afterbang shorty' which is the same ski, construction wise, as the afterbang, just made in shorter sizes for younger kids who shred.
