So I am a Strength and Conditioning Specialist here in Spokane and I am thinking about putting together a class to get all you skiers in shape this last month before the season starts. It would be a skier based program that focuses on strength, balance, and muscular endurance. The other facet of the program would be to help prevent ACL injuries through tri-planar coordinating exercises and focusing on strength and balance of the knee.
