My car... it makes noises and such

so ns, when i turn the bass up in my car you can hear all the things that have come unglued buzzing, the radio/clock display is dieing so the time driving home today was 0: 8N, and the gas pedal sticks if the car is parked for 2hr plus.

That said its a 1999 mazda 626 and it gets me around.

i accidentally ripped out the lining and back frame of my sunroof (don't ask) so now it sounds like i'm in the middle of a windstorm when i drive, even with the little slidey cover thing pushed forward. god damn.

aside from that it's pretty much ok, sometimes my gas gauge lies to me but i keep track of my km's so i don't get stranded.

haha yeah, the sound system in my car is fucked up too. There is no such thing as "bass" in there.

My car ticks when its on. Pretty sure its an exhaust leak

Idles rough. can fix that

Dash and gauges stopped lighting up a few months ago. Shame too because it lit up really nice Fuck German electrical. Im not ripping out my dash to do that

Plate light is out. Again, fuck German electrical

Clutch needs to be replaced. Really rough when shifting

and a bunch of other small things.

Other then that its a bomb ass car

Well my old car was stuck in fourth gear, the window in the back right would just straight up drop down if you pressed the button, the sun roof was rusted through, the back window was bent or something so it wouldn't go into the slot, the air conditioner/heat didn't work, and stuff like that. I miss it :(

my tailgate sometimes falls down.

about half the dash lights work. hit the top of the dash firmly with the palm of your hand. all of the dash lights work.

the ABS braking would kick in whenever i pushed the pedal, regardless of speed or weather or not my wheels were slipping. so i took out the ABS fuse, but i dont like abs anyways so its not a huge deal.

my truck will still roll with the e-brake engaged fully. if you do engage the e-brake fully, it cannot be un-engaged without crawling under the truck and yanking it.

my cruise control suddenly stopped working one day.

occasionally when i would be driving at night and would flick my high-beams on, the whole truck would shut off. the enigne would stay running, but everything electonic was gone. headlights, interior lights, radio, would just go dark. this would also happen when i started the truck sometimes and if i hooked up a trailer and its lights. i replaced the battery which was ancient and it stopped.

i think thats it. i fucking love my truck though and for 120000 miles i think shes doing pretty damn good.

^sick audi

in my friends car, the previous owner installed a tiny switch near the break that when flipped, the car wont start. Its hooked up to the ignition and an air horn, so if the car is hotwired, it blasts and blows out the starter system. Now im just scared to drive it.

my truck weighs so much it is exempt from being plugged into the emissions thing.


i remembered more stuff.


i used to only have three door handles because i broke one off while using it as a step to reach the top of the 5th wheel camper.

for a very long time my front windows would only roll up if you simultaneously held the up button and then pulled with your hands.


^^ i fixed those two things though.

also the gas gauge is pretty inaccurate once you get below a half tank.

and all 4 of my wheels are pockmarked/scratched to shit because i had to use a sledgehammer to get them off the hubs.

Well where do i start....

4 broken windows.(can't roll down)
Broken Air conditioner
Broken dashboard(all buttons gone+tape is stuck)
Windsheild cracked in 2 places(one of them goes halfway across)
Ductape on 2 windows to keep water out.
One door won't open
Car phone is busted(haha i don't really care about this one...)
Antifreeze dispencer busted

oh and the lincoln symbol at the front broke off...

But i love it too death...

mine chills at 5500 dry/no fuel

also, its 38 years old, emmissions stopped about 13 years ago on it

my HID conversion kit flickers when i turn them off, when I flip to high beam then back the low beam goes out, if i flip back to high I lose all headlights. Sway bar links have broken twice. Blown out my power steering hoses 3 fucking times (luckily covered under extended warranty) After putting on my roof rack all four door weather stripping leaks unless I wax my weather strripping. front driver window rattles really loudly when I close the door if it more then half open. Alarm horn can barley be heard (water/ mud sprays up into the cone during off roading) command start wont work unless Im 10 feet away from the truck or LESS. front passenger side tire rubs on mud flap. Thats about it, pretty shitty for a 2007 Dakota

uhh when im around 85 and have a wot it will stick around 5000 rpm for a few secs then kick into 5th and let me go faster.  I dont really have that many chances to test it but the few time I have this week have bothered me.

im at right around 6000lbs like 5800 or 5900 or something. im not positive, but i just know that last time i got it inspected the mechanic said i didnt have to worry about plugging in or emissions because its commercial weight class.

pulled into the driveway and turned the car off and realized smoke is pouring out from under the hood. I guess steering fluid was leaking and burning up..

On my mazda protege 5 :

need to change my clutch, my 3rd gear (stick tranny ) is not in good shape, my driver window fuckin rattle when it's half open, sunroof stuck in open position and can't close it with the button.. had to close it manually.. huge rattle appeard when I dropped it 2 inches.. But I love it !
