Learning, need critique please!

These are all straight off the camera, so any tips on where to go with editing would be great as well.  Taken with a T2i and kit lens.

My nephew :)  Any comments on black and white vs. color would be great.  Not really sure about different types and when it can bring out the best in a photo.

not to bad without any post processing

for the night game shots...work down the glare for the lights...draws alot of attention from the rest of the photos.

Bike shot,you cut off rear wheel, still usable if you can work if you'd want to crop.

Leaf photos, more confusing with the focus issue then artistic.

Nephew, you cut off the top of his head in a few. Top ones seem a bit blurred/out of focus. Also learn how to set white balance on your camera, the tones are all over the place from one photo to the next.
