Is the Giro Shiv the only helmet that has a liner so you don't have velcro sticking to your beanie and goggle strap and you still have some protection. because i was looking into the smith maze but i really like the liner system and i was wondering if any other helmets had something like this. Thanks NS
i love my POC receptor bug. there are pads in there but if you leave them in you don't need a beanie. you can also wear the goggle strap underneath without sticking to the helmet.
I have a receptor bug but because i like to take the ear pads out and wear a beanie then i need to take the other pads out too so it can fit. and then i have to cover all the velcro with tape and it still doesn't fit very well. and i know heaps of ppl are gonna come in saying its not protective and wont fit your head right but there must be a helmet that fits properly with beanie and goggles under and i have heard the Shiv is good so i was wondering if there were any others.
