i've never actually seen it happen through the window i was looking out of... i've just caught it in my periferal vision, or heard it hit the window or screen... it's pretty funny

i remember a bird hit our living room window when I was like 8... he was just laying on the ground kind of wheezing. we took him inside and named him and swore to keep him forever... I think he died in a few hours. he hit the window pretty damn hard.

one time a bird hit our window so hard, when i looked up after i heard the noise there were feathers floating in the air. we never found the dead bird though.

birds hit my windows all the time at my house lol ..... for about 8 months there was this one birs that in the mornig would hit the window and get up and do it again for like an hour each day ..it was determaned to get into my house lol

we found a baby chickadee that fell out of it's nest, it had a broken wing and something wrong with its eye. We took it inside, named it, cared for it for awhile, then took it to a bird center. He lived and was set free. I called him Dragon, cool little guy.

another thing is at our school the crows get stuck in the snow on the school roofs, so i sit and class and jsut stare out the window, and see them tip over.its great.
