Replying to 3D HDR?
I just saw the GoPro 3D thread and it got me thinking. I remember people talking about trying to get HDR video footage, but then other people saying it wouldn't be possible/practical because the perspective for each of the 3 cameras used would be slightly different (ignoring faux HDR and using a prism/mirror to split the light onto different sensors). But since for filming 3D footage multiple cameras are used, couldn't each camera have a different exposure setting, so when put together into 3D it could have an HDR effect? Orrr is this a pointless idea and I'm just retarded?
