Hey guys, after years of heading west and having to rent those unfitted
shitty ski boots, we came up with this idea to create a durable foam pad
that keeps your shins from getting all bruised up. Its only 7.99 and
will make those shitty rentals/ your unfitted boots that much more
enjoyable.
Check it out... Shinnies

Yea but so does wrapping a tension bandage around your shin. Or what I do now is do a couple of wraps of duct tape around it. It isn't just the impact into the padding but the bruising of the actual shin/ nerve endings. That is why it is important to bring the muscle of your calf in front of your shin so that the impact is dispersed evenly throughout your leg. Not trying to poo poo ur idea but just from the last 19 years of skiing and 4 years of instructing this is the conclusion that I have come to.

Did you just take one of those beer insulators, cut it in half, put your logo on them, and call them Ski Shinnies?
