So here the issue, it may sound dumb, but for some reason i owe 59 cents to paypal and i dont have a credit card or bank account hooked up to it to pay it. And they said they'll cancel my account if i don't have it in two days, yeah i know its just 59 cents but could some of you guys throw me a nickel or a dime?
