Drug Search

So today our school had a K-9 drug search, now im not stupid enough to bring weed to school but my locker got hit and i was searched. of course they found nothing on me and i proceeded to make the administration feel like shit when it was all over. God i hate schools, and their administrations. They were total dicks about it too, right when i saw them i got the "say bye to your friends cause you wont be seeing them for a while" i just laughed in his face. well story over, feel free to make this thread about kittens.

your locker at school is not yours its the schools they dont need a search warrant to look in there lockers that you are useing

yeah we've never had dogs but if a dumbass starts talking the super-hall monitor (45years old+) will easily find out and the cops are there in notime searching the kid

Guess what? when a minor gets caught w/ weed on him or in his locker, and its even against whatever legal rights you're arguing, who's going to win?

not the 17yo kid

why?

because no matter how much legal shit he knows, nobodys parents are going to go through all the legal bullshit to fight the case, and everyone is going to think its just a bunch of "fight the man" bullshit he read on the internet (even if its true)

why?

most parents are going to support their kid smoking weed
even if they do, the court shit will be a big ass hassle
it will cost bunch of money

common sense now, come on. its some kid vs a school district, it doesn't matter what the law is. have you ever been to a big high school? adults win, kids loose. this isn't GRAD school/college where standing up for your ideas is considered ok.
