how did the dentist loosen the superglue cement shit that holds the brackets on your teeth??

i kind of forgot, but they just rip it off. some people say it hurts, but i didnt think it did, if you survived braces, you can survive this easily. i thought it wasnt has bad as getting the bands changed. you'll be fine, it feels so chill when you get them off too, good luck!

he took like his plyers/wrench thingy and twisted my brakets and broke every one....it kinda hurts if u have sensative teeth...then he takes like a sander and gets all the glue off....and ur set....only takes a few minutes

it doesn't hurt. he's got this loop wire that goes around the bracket and just clips it off. then he polishes them with some super high minisander. it's cool, and it'll feel really cold on your gums, but whatever you do, don't get your tongue or lip near it. it'll chew em up real bad.
and if your orthodontist has problems with shaky hands, ask his assistant to do that part

also, when they take the cement off, the dust gets in your mouth...just to let you know, it doesnt take long though, it took me like half hour

they take pliars and take them off with them and then after they polish your teeth... it's not too bad and its worth it because your teeth look really good when they come off

ya, they take pliars and they kinda wedge them off. then they pick the cement off with one of those sharp little pokers and the cement tastes soooo rank. isnt even funny.

it only takes about 30 mitutes. they just take these pliars thingy and rip them off, its kinda scary but doesn't hurt really.

when they did mine, the motor in the saw thing that scrapes off the cement blew, it shook violently and just stopped and it started to smoke. had to get another one so the whole process took around 50 min. till the polising was complete.

the day i got my braces off was among the happiest of my life. and i mean, if you can knock a bracket off your teath by eating hard foods, then its not going to be too hard to the orthidontist to get them off.

I had them and they didn't hurt once except the first day they put them. I don't believe my friends who are always whining about their braces..

Oh and they just pry them off with pincers in five minutes like some guy said ^, but then they clean your teeth for an hour so that you dont have white spots.

On a related note, WEAR YOUR RETAINER (you get one after they take them off). A friend of mine had to re-put (?) braces because he never wore it.

they rip them off, the only ones that hurt me coming off were my eye teeth, after the brackets are gone they just sand off the leftover adhesive.
