Replying to Dell M1330 XPS Shit Out

My computer just shit out after my warranty and some habeeb wanted me to pay $60 just for them to tell me I need a new motherboard.  Well so I think, basically the comp does not turn on with or with out battery in.  Charger fine, last time I shut it down it was about 70%. OR it can be some power rail? anyone have any ideas? Also how much would it cost and where to go to get my hard drive extracted, got a lot of vids I did not back up with the external!
