Help on first drop fabric! david plz post!

ok so i was wondering if any one knows what the new first drop fabric is like.

i did search about and didnt find any thign exsept, david stating that they were using new fabric that was thicker which is a good thing couse thats the only problem that i had with my pants!

so does any one know what its like or can compare it to another company !

and reason im not emailing is because i think alot of people want to know this!

well its 20k waterproofing just like saga but since no one except the actual first drop team has it we really couldn't tell you. If you sent a pm to First Drop on this website they might be able to tell you

nothing major that my mom cant fix, but just some nicks and so on just kinda annoying.....

the reason i didnt pm is becouse alot of other people want to know this!

Hey guys, good question. The fabric last year was OK, but we really wanted something better for this year. The new fabric is really thick, almost similar to older Spyder gear (if anyone remembers).

It's probably a bit more waterproof though, and very tough. I could see it withstanding some serious skiing through branches, etc. We tested it all last winter, spring, and this summer in NZ and it held up great.

It's thick enough so it doesn't flap in the wind at all when you ski, it holds it shape really well, even at high speeds, but isn't too stiff (it doesn't restrict movement). It also has better stitching, more bar-tacking, and fully taped/ seam sealed seams to really help it hold together and stay waterproof.

most is being shipped nov 10-12 and some the 15th
just accessory orders will go out a week earlier approx
fed ex in the us will take 3-5 days to be delievered
I dont remember what canadas and international timeframes were...
