those mics will pic up wind. Any mic skiing will.
If your not doing a follow and its not windy, then yeah those will work. If you want to do a follow without wind then I would recommend getting some mics you can plant, like a wireless, which wouldnt work with that camera since there is no xlr input (not 100% sure on this, but i would be willing to bet there is not).
If you want jib noises or ski noises with something like that with follows I would just recommend shooting it twice. Once stationary for audio and once for the skiing.
Im not an audio expert at all, but that sounds about right. Cameras like that are tough to get great audio out of. Those mics will help reduce the noise to an extent, but they wont get rid of it.
If you really need to get rid of some sort of noise, I would recommend using a 3 band equalizer in post. Its a pain in the ass and if the wind is anywhere near the frequency you want to keep its pretty much impossible.
Ive used decent wireless mics and had them inside peoples shirts with a decent breeze and the wind noise is still noticeable. I could limit it some with the equalizer, but its still not great.
Basically with that camera theres not much you can do. Sure a shotgun mic like that will help a little, but maybe not as much as you would think.
