what are your guys top three ski movies ever seen?
mine are probably
1:REVOLVER, Powder was epic
2: YEARBOOK, first ski movie that filmed park from a helicopter
3:EDIAS, CR and tanner's edit made it for me and Dane's just all around great movie

eye trip was not that good guys..there i said it. it was overhyped and failed in comparison to how epic refresh was. Sure it was a good movie but it doest belong in a top 3...maybe a top 10

1) Refresh- that pow just put me in a fantasy, soundtrack matched the shots well, and just a well constructed movie.

2)Everyday Is a Saturday-Edited really well, and I felt like it really grasped the fun of skiing. The soundtrack was dope and Dane Tudor's segment was super ill.

3)Revovler-I feel like it lacked a lot of the park segments I was expecting, but the pow made up for it. The shots were carefully made and well done. The steeze in dumonts segment made my day and I feel like the movie flowed together really well.

(I havn't seen eye trip yet so I can't place it in my list, but from what I have heard I'm sure its a ill movie).

A movie needs to be about a lot more than just crazy tricks to be great. Revolver is a perfect example of that. I think session 1242 stands the test of time and easily trumps many more recent flicks filled with more recent tricks.

i love how 99% of the movies on here are no more than 3 years old. skiing is getting younger again, havent decided if thats good or bad yet...

Groundbreaking. No one had skied pow like that before. Ever. Not to mention H-Mob soundtrack was unreal.

Ostness kills it. Nuff said. Speaking of which, someone needs to shoot an entire movie on actual film again.

1242. everyone already knows why its the best, but feel-wise, its just barely edged out of my top 3
High 5- Competes with Forward for level 1's best movie in my book. not quite as progressive, but unreal flow. and exposed the world to the gnarliness that is Cvan
Believe - Unreal pow, the best of the tanner movies.
