Any one use GPS's such as tom tom i just got a Tom Tom One XL (as a gift) does anyone use theres and do you like it?

I have a Garmin that was really useful on my last two long car trips. Just don't expect it to work very well in big cities like chicago or new york. Amazing if you're driving locally or long distance.

Hey i got a tom tom. Idk which one because I am a retard but it is sick. GPS's are the shit and ull love it for ski trips and also just whenever the fuck you get lost. Not only that, but in the summer mark down where urban you see is on your gps map so u don't forget in the winter!!!!!!! Only complant is if you are moving the bitch takes forever to get gps signal. Just make sure that you get signal before you start your journey!!

i have a GPS but do not use it.


its mostly a pride thing, it would probably keep me from getting lost alot, but since i am a man i always know where im going and i never get lost. ever.


also it always tried to make me go on the thruway to drive pretty much anywhere. driving through tollbooths on a 5 mile trip makes no sense to me.

ok i agree with the man part but you know that you should be ale to go into settings and change them so i doesn't put you on any roads with toll booths?

me, being a dumbass listened to my tom tom and followed it to some very sketchy places on my way through chicago to milaukee. other than that i love it

Got a Tom Tom XL in my truck, not even sure what the model is. Super easy to use though and hasn't had any problems.

We learned about GPS today in surveying lab...You can do some crazy shit with them...But I assume I am talking about a different GPS than you.


But Yes I have google maps on my phone and it is pretty sick but kills battery life but GPSs in cars are the most useful thing in the world.

i got my good friend a magellan roadmate for her b day. ive been using it to break it in haha. i really like and dont want to give it to her. even though i dont really need it being from montana and it can be hard to get lost here. but its cool cause it shows EVERY business and store and bar and such. with their address and phone number. its nifty. ill be sad when i give it up next week
