itunes error install....is it my computer or itunes..if it is my computer how do i fix my hard drive..if it is itunes what the hell am i supposed to do about my iphone...i leave it to you 13 year olds of newschoolers.com to help me

I had a shit tonne of problems doing this. did you remove the appropriate files? what I ended up having to do was making a back up and re installing my os. it fixed everything up.
