anyone have experience with one or wanna give me a thumbs up or down as to if i should get it? I'm in a truck so space is limited, i have a kenwood head unit and alpine speakers right now and im looking to get some more bass in the system.
im a little iffy on this one right here. after quickly checking stats and reviews it seems like it doesnt look like your best choice. it would give you some alright sound, but nothing great and from reviews the quality doesnt seem to be top notch. try and find a slim sub with the biggest ported box you can fit with your space and a separate amp. look for a sub with 300 - 500 rms and an amp that'll match the rms for the sub. its not worth it to cheap out on your stereo system, check ebay they have amazing deals compared to what you;d pay in a store.
ya man, i went to my local audio places (best buy and audio express) and they could not fit any slim subs they had in my car, rockford fosgate 10" or 12". thats why im looking at powered subs right now, i know that i shouldn't sacrifice sound quality for a budget but im not, im just not willing to sacrafice rear seats ya digg? i would put this in front of my middle back seat which is a space about 15" by 10" by 12"
I'd buy from amazon if you really know what you're doing, but crutchfield makes sure the components will work and supply every wire/hanress/adapter you'll ever need, plus their customer service sometimes know what they're doing.
