So i wanna get a little more ripped up but i know i cant go to the gym for a long time every day due to long work hours, and wanting to do stupid shit after work. can anyone give me some suggestions for things like P90X etc? i'm an athletic guy and would love a super intense 30-45 minute per day workout rather than driving to the gym and staying there for an hour every day, it just wont happen. oh and dont say just make your own routine it's imperative that some douchebag is on the tv screen telling me what to do
