Ski Charity Fndations?

Hey NS I've got a school project about charities. Are there any charities that are run by skiers or are for skiers?

Theres some I know for skiers, or in the name of skiers. For example, there is a charity for Riley Poor (http://rileypoor.com/) and there is one in the name of Shane McConkey (http://shanemcconkey.org/)

They aren't exactly charities, but I'm sure there are foundations out there that help handicapped people ski or ski foundations working to save the environment.
