ROOM FOR RENT SLC UTAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

we are 3 chill college students looking for one more room mate for the 10/11 ski season or longer. the house is located 5 to 7 min. away from big and little cotton wood canyons. and 15 min. away from north salt lake (the U) room mates will be getting passes to canyons/park city snowbird/alta so rides are negotiable. one of the room mates is planning on riding back county at least a few times per week depending on schedule. PETS ALLOWED (NO CATS) if you are SERIOUS about attempting to rent this room please message back or contact my room mate/ landlord Sean and (540)-272-5028 or message back. (male and female room mates welcome) rent- 400 plus utility's (approximately $50.00)

You're either from a po'dunk nowhere town, or you've never left mom's house. $400 is pretty cheap for anywhere, let alone a ski resort town.

highly doubt it. housing is really cheap in slc, especially up in the cottonwood areas if you look at the right time.

400 is normal for slc, if you pay more than 400-450 you're getting a shitty deal in slc. (unless its only 2-3 bedrooms then you could pay up to 550)

I have lived across the entire wasatch front bitch. Plus i help out with my families real estate apraisal business, and trust me 400 for a room is not cheap for the wasatch front, especially if it is not flat rate.

i don't know what you're talking about but anything around 400 is really good for anywhere in the SLC valley. to get under 400, you'd have to have extra roommates in rooms that aren't bedrooms or get a really cheap massive house. the cheapest i've heard of anyone paying for rent was 340 and they were pushing it.

We split 1000 between 3, utilities included, for a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath place in Holladay. It is possible, but 350-400 is definitely the norm.

damn. i live at the foothill place apts. because of an odd lease term and the only places i really see that aren't homes are kinda junk... unless you got super lucky of course.
