I wanted to make this thread to let all youknow how dope Jiberish actually is and how much they do care about whatconsumers think of them.

A few months back I needed new pants so Ithough why not support the industry and buy some jiberish. After a few weeksthey did not arrive so I sent them an email basically sayin whats up etc. Theyemailed back and said they would get on it, by this stage it was about 5 weeksafter I ordered my shit. I emailed them again saying whats up a few weekslater, and they said there was an error but they are going to get on to it.

Then after a few more weeks I got a littlepissed and asked them to give my money back. They not only refunded me in full,but to apologize for the inconvenience, they sent me FREE OF CHARGE not only myoriginal order of two pairs of chinos they also sent me a new era hat and at-shirt with a hand written letter apologizing for the mistake

That by any means is above and beyondexcellent customer service,

Anyone thinking about picking up some gear,hit up Jiberish because they are legit as all hell.

I fully agree.
I bought a Sold Gold tee off of Abstract Mall a few weeks back, then I got an email saying that that tee was sold out and there was a mistake with the inventory (which I kind of expected, but maybe I was going to get lucky). So for the mistake, which I didn't really care about, they told me I could pick out a flannel for the price of the tee that I ordered.

I love Jiberish.

agreed. ordered a new era when they first came out, but they forgot to ship it and they sold out of them by the time they realized it, so they completely refunded me and sent me one of the unreleased ones

Wow thats weird
Around a month ago I had a very similar situation and nothing near that happened. Not only did it take them over 3 weeks to reply to my email, but it took a very long time to receive my pants, and I still have not received the hat I ordered at the end of June.

i don't know a whole lot about starting a small business, but i'm guessing they need to charge seemingly ridiculous prices to break even if they're gonna do good, honest business right out of the gate.

Remember how when First Drop came out David Lesh had a whole section about how he found a great manufacturer who would make his stuff for a good price.


People like you, and everyone else in this thread, are what's wrong with the world today. You bitch and moan and ski on 166's for another year, so you can wear 2xl Jiberish when you're 5'6". Get your priorities straight, Jiberish is overpriced and you can buy much nicer sweaters for the same price.

jesus h christ. i own 0 articles of clothing by any "cool" company like jiberish or lethal descent, and would literally only spend money on clothing if something ripped and gave me frostbite. i put a sum total of 0 seconds thinking about how i will look on hill. stop judging people (inaccurately, i might add) and consider that starting a small business is really fucking hard.

Yeah agreed, Jiberish is a super legit and cool company, but it does seem like they screw up a lot. Props for owning it and sending extra, but seems like bad order processing. Unless this thread is the minority of people and more than this thread shows go off without a hitch. Just sayin.

Yea. They are super sick! I bought a red winbreaker, and i sat down like the first week and the seems on the shoulder ripped in half. Then i bought a micro knit and it started pilling the second i picked it up. So i waited my entire summer for a red xl ignant to come, they said i could add any order i wanted to, so i added a liquid swords black xl to that. but, they said that i would have to give up my microknit. so they gave me the liquid swords, the ignant, and they didnt make me ship back the microknit! and they gave me a free t shirt.

Yeah, a few years ago they shipped my the wrong hoodie. They corrected the problem and threw in 2 t-shirts as well. Great customer service. However I have not bought another product from them because the hoodie seemed very cheap to me. It is so thin I can see through it, so I get cold with a slight breeze. And it began pilling really bad pretty early on. So it turned me off due to the quality, but they did treat me well as a customer.

having a company that works doesnt mean you re in for the money.
off course they have to live and pay themself but i m pretty sure that if you re in for the money starting a skiing streetwear clothing compagny is not the easiest way to become rich.

they are a small company thus they have high costs.

nobody says you have to buy their shit but stop saying that every one is in for money. some people actually like what they do and dont live for money.
