Replying to 35mm adapter question

So I'm looking into buying myself a 35mm adapter. I realize that you get what you pay for but video is just a hobby for me so I don't want to spend that much. I'm looking at the CAM35mm CAMs adapter... I know its static and doesn't have an achromat and therefore won't be as good of quality as a higher end one

Has anyone here ever used one of these? I basically just want to know opinion if you have any or general tips on how/where to buy a 35mm adapter.
