Best car audio

Just bought an 03 Saab. The only options I have for music are CDs or an fm transmitter. Isthere anything else I can use? There is no tape deck or auxiliary port. Any fm transmitters you'd recommend if that's my only option for iPhone to car?

technically our wrong- a cd player is a source unit- ie doesn't make sounds which means no they are not audio- and an fm transmitter is a way to broadcast signal- so wrong- they are not audio
