this thread sounds like all the hate comments in the dating requirements thread. it's not about being ignorant and naive, and believing in something because you were told to. it's a choice you get to make based on your life and your needs.

religion is an amazing thing for some people, to give them faith and something to get them through hard times. but it is not for everyone.

i think that having some sort of "faith" (doesn't need to be christian...) is a good thing because it keeps you open minded. sometimes it also helps you to keep a good sense of self, if anyone knows what i mean.. "if you don't believe in something, you will fall for anything..."
