Replying to right wing views on the environment

Hey guys,

Being the little idealistic troublemaker I am (check out my ride's ;-) ), I was stupid enough again to get myself into a discussion with some (extreme) rightwing morons on the republican site www.gopusa.com. The discussion was about ALL enviromentalists being considered the equal as criminals and terrorists and so on. You could pretty well say it was me against everyone. Not that that makes a lot of difference for me, it figures you know, and while everyone was pushing each other to make an even 'bolder' statement, king moron #1 came up with this one:

'God made this planet for us to use. If we do not use it then we are in effect ignoring God's will. I'm not concerned with the preservation of all these animals. If they are meant to survive then they will. Survival of the fittest just like in business.

If some green nut tries to throw paint on one of my wife's fur coats they'll have to scrape him off the front of my car.'

original heuh?

Since most of you guys come from the US, please tell me that this guy is a raving lunatic and and a minor exception in your country.
