went to a thing for lift operations this past wednesday. there were like 100 fuckin people there, and people basically BEGGING for jobs meanwhile im out lookin for my third job.
The ski benefits are quite lame. You work 20 hours a week+, and you get a free day pass that they basically said dont even try and use it on a saturday.....
No season pass for you, and freebie passes for your girlfriend or anything is all at your supervisors discretion.
I was hoping to get a job there so I could basically ski for free, and more often. But this is pretty meh.....i still make more at my other jobs sooooo
I can see where and why they are doing what they are doing. They don't want people workin to dick around to get a free pass to just try and get saturday off to ski. But it sucks.....
