Line Anthem 2009

Can use the line anthem 2009 for pretty much anything? Does it handle powder and park? Thanks.

it's great in the park, but less than ideal in the powder. It's 93 underfoot, which is pretty fat for a park ski, but it's center mounted which pretty much destroying pow shredding abilities. Not the best choice if powder is your priority, but it'll work if you just dip in the trees sometimes.

I thought so. I live in Europe and I find it hard to get good deals. I was looking at the Line Blend  and K2 Kung Fujas but they are pretty expensive. What about the Prophet 100? Would they favour powder too much and sacrifice park?

prophet 100 might be a bit stiff for park. plus its probably not built to take that kind of abuse. its a big mtn ski and is designed as such. i have 09 anthems and theyve worked well and ive loved them but i wouldnt trust them landing switch in pow really, especially in heavy stuff

Do you take your anthems all over? Or do you stick mainly to the park? Also do you have any suggestions for other skis I should consider? Chronic Cryptonite maybe? It's hard to find good deals here in Europe.

much better than the anthems plus they would kill park too but def more of a park ski than a pow ski but they are fully rockered meaning no camber so pow should be good unless it a super deep dump and you could mount em back 3 and have a good time everywhere

They will shred the powder to an extent.  At recommended (center) mount, you have to work pretty hard to throw them around.

If hitting deep snow is important to you, maybe you could mount further back on the ski.  Since the Anthem is meant to be skied at center, you are better off looking at different pair of skis
